This 15-minute phone call will take place prior to our first session together where we will discuss your specific health goals or concerns, and see if nutritional counselling and BIE is right for you.

This initial assessment will take place after the 'Free initial consult' and will be the first time that we meet together. Prior to meeting, intake forms must be completed. During this session, we will then begin to address specific symptoms and health concerns that you are struggling with. This session will be an hour in length and payment in full will be conducted after the session.

Follow-up assessments to work on individualized protocols. Must have completed an initial assessment before booking this session.
